Our Touch-Up & Repair Process
We follow a structured approach to ensure every touch-up and repair project meets our high standards. While each job is unique, these steps outline our general workflow.
1. Project Request
The client contacts us with a description and photos of the damage requiring repair.
2. Evaluation & Proposal
We discuss the project with the client, answer any questions, and set tentative service dates.
We provide a written proposal with a price range based on the scope of work and estimated time required.

3. Schedule & Service
Upon arrival, we review the project, mark all repair locations, and set up protective materials. The majority of our tools and supplies remain in a central area.
4. Project Report
We ensure the client has the opportunity to review our work before final cleanup. Larger jobs may require a signed punch list.
We compile and email the invoice along with a request for review. Payment is generally due within 1-2 weeks of project completion.
